It's time you called the shots on your creative career.
After years of producing educational content for kids, I realized the creatives behind it needed support, too. As a creative myself, I experienced firsthand what so many of my colleagues faced: contract-to-contract uncertainty, limited support, and workplaces where instability was often treated as the cost of following our passion. After seeing the same patterns everywhere I went, I realized the problem wasn't us. It was the system.
So I decided to help change it.
I traded television production for people development, and now, as an HR-certified creative partner, I help creatives build healthier careers, navigate workplace challenges, and create a future where doing what you love doesn't have to mean sacrificing your well-being.
